We build for select luxury sports platforms. Our initial focus is BMW M/Performance, Mercedes-AMG, Audi RS, and Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio, with additional platforms evaluated over time.

Can I reserve a product by adding it to my basket?

In order to reserve a product, you will need to complete the purchase process. Adding items to the shopping basket without completing the purchasing process does not constitute a reservation.

What steps should I follow to complete my order?

Once you have added all the items you want to buy in the basket, the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do so, please follow the steps of the checkout process, filling out or verifying the information requested in each step. To complete your order, you must first enter your zip code to see delivery options. Then you must enter your delivery address details. Finally, make your payment.

During the purchasing process, you will be able to go back and modify the details of your order before making your payment.

I need help during my purchase, who can I contact?

My payment got cancelled, what could be the reason for it?

If your payment were cancelled, it could be that no items were left in stock or due to an error in your payment method.
To solve a possible payment error, please ensure that your billing address matches the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is still cancelled, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after I submit my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot change your shipping address after you placed your order. Orders are immediately sent to the fulfillment center once the order is placed, and our system can no longer change the delivery address. If your shipment is not successfully delivered it will be returned to the fulfillment warehouse. Once the warehouse has been able to verify that we have received the package back, a credit will be made to your account within 14 days.

Where can I find my order invoice?

You can find your order invoice by logging into "My B&O” and clicking on My Orders. You will also receive a copy of the invoice with your shipping confirmation E-mail.

Roadmap & Reveals

What stage are the aero program kits in?

We’re currently developing and testing designs for an upcoming aero program kit. Full details, specs, and the final look will be released soon.

Are other models in the pipeline?

Yes. We continuously study platforms where the ASTO design language fits best and will announce additional programs as they pass prototype and fitment milestones.

Will there be pre-orders?

Likely for select items. Each product page will list pre-order price, estimated ship window, and terms at announcement.

Pricing?

Final pricing appears at reveal and may vary by material, finish, and included hardware.

Materials, Fitment & Finish

What materials do you use?

For now, all ASTO parts are carbon fiber only, offered in select finishes (e.g., gloss or matte clear). Available finish options are listed on each product page.

How is fitment handled?

We prototype, test, and iterate on the target platform. Due to OEM tolerances and vehicle history, professional pre-fit and alignment are strongly recommended—before any paint/finish.

Do kits include hardware and instructions?

Where applicable, yes. Hardware specs and install guides are included or provided digitally via QR code.

Do I need to drill or modify my vehicle?

It depends on the part and platform. Each product page notes whether drilling, 3M tape, or OE mounting points are used.

Are finishes paint-ready?

Clear-coated carbon ships ready to install; paintable components may require standard prep by a professional body shop.

Installation & Support

Can I install your parts myself?

Some items are DIY-friendly; others should be installed by a professional body shop. If you’re unsure, we recommend pro installation to protect your vehicle and coverage.

What if something isn’t functioning or fitting right?

Email support@asto.llc with your order number, photos/video, and a short description. We’ll troubleshoot and arrange a solution per the product’s terms.

Warranty, Returns & Safety

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Since all ASTO parts are made in-house from carbon fiber, each product includes a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Coverage specifics and duration are listed on the product page. For help, contact support@asto.llc with your order number and photos.

What’s your return policy?

Return/Exchange eligibility depends on product type and condition. Details (including made-to-order items) are shown at checkout and on the policy page.

Are your aero parts street-legal?

Regulations vary by region. Verify local laws and inspection requirements. Some items may be intended for off-road/track use only—see product pages.

Will aftermarket parts affect my OEM warranty?

Consult your dealer and local laws. Aftermarket parts may impact certain coverages.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the U.S. and to select countries. Rates, carriers, and estimated lead times appear at checkout. International buyers are responsible for duties/taxes.
